2016 has been tough to beat. I have worked with so many amazing couples, shot at so many wonderful venues, and had a the best time doing it. But this last wedding of 2016 with Missy and Karl has had a special place in my heart. Maybe it is because Missy’s parents and my parents have been connected for as long as I can remember, or that it was bittersweet to not have Dan there to walk Missy down the isle, or maybe because the way Karl looked at Missy all night brought joy to my heart and tears to my eyes. Whatever it was, this sure was an emotional day and one that I will always cherish. I have been wanting to shoot at Zingerman’s Cornman Farms for as long as I can remember, and it surely did not disappoint. 2016 will be tough to beat, but Missy and Karl’s wedding was the perfect way to end it. So thank you Missy and Karl for letting me be a part of your special day and congratulations <3
