I had been watching the weather all last week hoping that the rain would hold off for Taryn and Scott’s outdoor wedding at the beautiful Spring Lake Country Club. The whole drive over it sprinkled on and off and about an hour before the ceremony, they decided to just go for it outdoors, and it was amazing! The rain stopped and Taryn was able to have her dream wedding outdoors on the lake. I met Taryn through her sister (who’s wedding I will also be shooting in Novemeber!!) and it was clear when I shot their engagement photos, that Taryn and Scott were best friends. They share a bond over volleyball (they were both taller than me which never really happens!), can laugh about anything, and have a connection that can be felt and seen. I am so happy for you both and very honored that I was able to be a part of your wedding day!
The wedding party was very comfortable in their TOMS. I loved the idea!

Taryn’s mother was her matron of honor and so fitting because these four girls truly have a strong, loving bond!
The decorations were absolutely stunning!
Right after the first dance, the groomsmen came out and did the YMCA!
