I first met Vicky in college when we played basketball together over 10 years ago. We spent many bus rides laughing together and playing Euchre, many hours battling each other in practice (I am still sorry about breaking your front tooth in half!) and did I mention the laughter? Vicky (and let’s not forget about Kaitlin) is hands down the funniest person I know. She always brings out a silly side of me that is often lost among my more reserved side. She reminds me of the person I was before I was married and had kids, and truly brings out the best in me. 10 years ago she stood up by me in our wedding and I am so honored that she asked me to come be a part of her celebration in the best way I know how, by photographing her wedding. Most people believe that photography is a gift and it is one that I love to share with my closest friends and family. 

Vicky and Jeremy’s Costa Rica wedding week was absolutely perfect for them. They got to spend quality time with their closest friends (we definitely missed a few that could not attend) and family and just have fun. You will see Vicky’s fun personality shine throughout the photos and how much her and Jeremy love each other. I don’t think I have see a ceremony where people have ever laughed more, cried tears of joy, and were united by tequila shots with the image of their beloved dog, Vern. Thank you Vicky and Jeremy for having me be a part of your truly wonderful Costa Rica celebration and being able to document your day. And thank you Vicky for still knowing how to make me laugh, relax and have fun, and for being a great friend.
