Janet and Chase had been planning the perfect Cancun destination wedding at the amazing Hard Rock Cancun for quite awhile. They were originally going to get married in April, but then the pandemic hit and they were forced to change their plans. Their change the date was set for October and everything was going as planned. But of course, since it is 2020, a tropical storm hit the day of the wedding and Hurricane Delta was set to slam the Yucatan Peninsula shortly after. Being the amazing people that they are, J + C moved their wedding inside, put on smiles, and had a party. Although it wasn’t what they had originally dreamed and planned, it was still perfect. And because the weather was hurricane like, we met up a month later for a separate set of wedding portraits which are my faves (be sure to scroll all the way down!) I know 2020 isn’t going how any of us planned, but I am thankful for wonderful clients who continue to support my business and work with me on changes for their wedding date when necessary. J + C, I wish you nothing but happiness for you and your family-you deserve it!
